Friendly and courteous .Service is good with friendly and courteous staff. Room at level 6 is good, spacious and modern in decor but the shower is not working well and the air-con is also not in good condition (warm and humid). Should upgrade TV to LCD with bigger screen and more channels. Location to major shopping centres is a plus point. Free wifi can be accessed in the rooms is a must these days. People need to get online anytime anywhere. Room is nice and clean. staffs are ok. Location is very strategic, close to city centre and can find food easily.

Good location at downtown, near surabaya plaza mall and some banks. The hotel is old, needs a lot of repairs to make it looks nicer. Some parts are under renovation, like the swimming pool is closed for renovation and need more space fo the parking lot. Good variety of breakfast though. Compared to the price we paid, it is still a good deal.

This hotel real in the centrum of Surabaya, so very easy to reach another places, and alot of taxi or others to get.Room to big for solotraveller, and all of the staff very helpfull, thanks !Since arrival,you will feel great, smiling from the people with polite greetings untill you realized you have one big room and clean for rest. Breakfast are great, many kind of traditional food and international.
