The staffs there are really friendly and helpful. However there are improvements to be made. The room is not very clean. There was a dead cockroach in the room and saw some mosquitoes as well. The room is very spacious but the bathroom door looked so old that I felt that it needed to be repaired.

Lone traveller for a one nite stay to catch early flight from Solo to Kuala Lumpur. Staff are friendly. Room was clean and big enough. Location was good with nearby department store and nasi padang restaurant. Most noticeable shortcoming was no bath towel and intermitent hot water (if any) in the bathroom. facilities are basic.
